I purchased a car alarm with accessories for approximately $700. I had to go back for the installation and 2 times for adjustments. When I went back for the installation they lost my copy of the receipt which I had to leave with them for the install. They refused to give me another receipt.
Each time I had to wait 6 hrs because of their 1st come 1st serve policy. Some of the accessories I bought were never installed.
When I purchased the unit I paid for insurance that was suppose to cover loss, theft or damage of the alarm FOB. They refused to honor that insurance when my fob was lost. The unit has a one year warrenty so what is the purpose of the insurance if not to cover lost or stolen fob?
The individual I spoke with was very rude and basically had the attitude of "Screw you, we have your money and there's nothing you can do about it".
