Repeatedly, I have received phone calls from National Auto Warranty, notifying me that my auto warranty is about to expire. My 18 year old car is sitting on jack stands, waiting to be resurrected from the dead!
Repeatedly, I have dialed the option to have my phone number removed & told representatives to remove my number with no results.
Today I requested a representative named Andrea to remove my number, which she said that she would, but subsequently transferred me to a recording instructing me to register with the "National Do Not Call List."
It seems patently ridiculous that they can't process their own accounts & stop spinning my wheels & their's, certainly non-efficient for even a SCAM operation. I believe that hey should be held accountable for their intrusive business practices, which doesn't honor the request to not call.
