Easterns Automotive Group Waldorf, Leon Stewart General Manager, Jamil Faruque Sales Person
Leon Steward, Jamil Faruque FRAUD AT EASTERNS AUTOMOTIVE GROUP WOLDORF

Basically this is the trouble am in and I have until Friday. I sent this email to upper management.

Dear Upper Management,
This is an official complaint regarding the sale practices at Easterns at Waldorf Marland. On Saturday March 29. I together with my two daughters went to Easterns Waldorf because I had received an approval letter from Capital One for an Auto Loan with Easterns.
I spent 5 to 6 hours with two different sales reps and test driving cars. We finally agreed on a 2005 Chevy Malibu with a monthly payment of $354.94 cents (could be different).

Throughout these negotiations I specifically asked my sales assistant Jamil Faruque how many days I have to returned the vehicle if my husband decides we cannot afford it and repeatedly he said five working days. I refused to drive the car home. Jamil delivered the car at 10:00pm that same night unfortunately my husband wasn't home.

On sunday my husband took a good look at the vehicle and decide it is too expensive, the mileage is way too high plus we cannot afford the monthly payment.
Monday 3/31/08 I had to attend college after my full time work from 7-3:30pm.

Tuesday 4/1/08 we returned the car to the location4420 Crain Highway White Plains, MD 20695. General manager Leon Steward would not accept the car and told me they do not have any returned policy (Much to my surprise). This was not the case I said because several times on saturday jamil insisted that I only need to completed the paper work and that I have 5 working business days to returned it if we are not satisfied. My husband explained to him our situation and begged him to accept the car. Leon would only threaten that the car would be repossed and that it will destroy my credit. My husband said to him why would you do that instead of accepting the car.

Late night on Tuesday 4/1/8 the car was returned to our home, parked on our drive thru with the doors unlock.
Leon Stewart did threaten to have the car repossed so as to damaged my credit rather than accept the car. He also threated to take me too court.

I want this car accepted as is because nothing has changed and I was lied too regarding the returned policy. I didn't know among the paper work that I was signing that day was a binding contract. I was only told to sign a couple of papers and the lady only talked about TAGS AND WARRANTY. Had I know that it was a contract I would never have signed. Also had I know it was an exchanged policy only I would never have completed or accept the car at home this is one of the reasons why I did not take the care at the lot in the first place.

Upper Management need to take action right away as today is wednesday the third working day. I am also going to returned the car again this evening. I've already seeked advised from the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Protection.

Upper Management speedy action is need in this matter.
Thank you
