I purchased a 2008 BMW 328xi on 8-31-11 from Igor Svidunovich thru ebay. I made a deposit of $500.00 thru PayPal on 9-1-11. The remainder of the purchase price for the vehicle of $15,800.00 was paid by cashier's check, which was received by Igor on 9-8-11. Igor said he would make the arrangements for the delivery of the BMW, and that he does this all the time. The agreed amount for the delivery was $650.
I was in contact with Igor since Sept. 8 in trying to establish a date when the car would be picked up and delivered.
