Unprofessional, Horrible service after you get your car, No follow through

First issue: I was promised a rebate of $244 due to the many changes in the contract and monthly payments. I was told to come back and refinance in 6 months but until then they will give me the check for $244.
I came to pick up the check on several occasions to leave empty handed. The first time, I was just told by the salesperson who goes by the name "T" that it will get mailed on the following Monday. I called when I did not receive the check and was told that it will get mailed on this same day.

I waited 3 weeks later and showed up to let them know that I had not received my check or the manual for the car (also promised by "T"). I waited in the building for about 45 minutes until someone asked what check was I referring to. I explained the conversating regarding the check and then I was asked to pick it up the next day because the accounting office was closed.

I showed up again with my crying 2 year old and waited 40 minutes until someone had me to explain the reason for the check. I explained that I was told that it would get mailed and then I was asked if I had any documentation (luckily I did). I was told that if I had the documentation that they could cut the check at that moment. I thought I left the document home so I said that I will return with it the next day.

I happened to have found it in the glove compartment in my car and asked if I could now get the check, I was then told that the accounting office was closed (this was 10 minutes after I was just told that I could get the check if I had the documentation). I came back the next day on my lunch break and was told that the guy who can get me my check was running late (he never showed after an hour passed).

I called later this same day and was told that my check would be there at the front desk for me. I got there after work and the check was not there. I then was told to sit and wait (again with my crying son). After 15 minutes I was told that the accounting lady locker herself out of the office and she was trying to get back in the office. Five minutes later after loud crying I was told that the computer system was down and another rep wrote me a personal check for $244.

Second issue (still ongoing): My temporary tags expired after the 60 day period and my hard tags still are not available. I was told on 2/17 that my tags would not be available to 2/21 but my temporary tags expired on 2/18. I was then told that I could get more temporary tags and to call back in one hour. I called back in 1 hour and no one answered the business phone. I called several times and no answer of voice mail picked up. I showed up to find that they were closed for the day. My husband picked up more temporary tags and we still have yet to hear about our permanent hard tags.

Third issue: We still have not received the manual for the car.

Everyone is very helpful at auto source until you sign your contract and get your car. It is the most unprofessional business I have ever witnessed. They give everyone promises but no one remembers or writes down what they promise so that they may follow through.
