Exactly what a laugh! 6 from the 6 thighs of my kids moves to and from college in Knoxville were postponed to get a the least 1-hour & most frequently, such as this night, 4 hours! One especially terrible return trip was so late the luggage handlers at Ft. Lauderdale airport choose to go home! An additional delay of an hour or so simply to sell the baggage in the plane! The trip was due in at 9pm. We did not get our baggage until 2am! Terrible!!! Horrible customer support!
