I bought 16 seats online from Nature on my charge card to get a team happening a medical mission visit to Nicaragua. Since the site just enables to purchase 9 at the same time I created 3 various acquisitions (some were required for another day). I created an error and repeated among the partners titles. (Mike and Ruthie Shaw) The title must have been Charles and Martha Warren. I realized I created the error the moment I pressed enter but there is no method about the view to return or confirm. I named the amount about the view and 3 hours after waiting on-hold I acquired to talk to somebody within the Philippines. They stated they might not alter the name. They might stop and provide me a voucher however it cost 70.00 each. I had been really annoyed since we'd bought those seats plus they couldn't assist me with this particular. I really could realize that you-can't alter the title after a lot of months or near to the trip but I called instantly. It appears somebody requires a small good sense there. I suppose I'll call-back and reduce my 140.00 since that's my only option but I doubt I'll actually utilize your flight again.
