On Feb 19/08 I placed an order on line with buyfixit.com for the price of $19.95 plus $9.5 shipping. On Feb 20/08 at 14:15 I called to cancel my order and spoke to Sheng, she said that she would cancel the order. On Mar 04/08 D H L delivered 2 boxes to my door, I was not hom so they left me a notice.
I called 262-769 and spoke to Dianne or Diann and told her what happened, she said it was thier fault, refuse the shipment, and they would sent m a FULL refund including shipping. On Mar 17/08 I checked my Visa NO REFUNDI called D H L, and was told that they were waiting for an order to return the shipments.
I called 262-769, and spoke to CANDY, she said she would call D H L to give them the order to return the shipments to them.
I am still waiting to hear from some one to tell when I will get my refund
