Had a custom car with shaved door handles and hydraulics. Although I left instructions on how to use it, the drivers were completely lost. They signed for the car when DAS first picked it up and then wanted to return it after they blew the fuse off my hydraulics. I told DAS I would not pay more money for it to be shipped in an enclosed container nor would I sign a release form to take my car somewhere else. They blew the hydraulic fuse again and told me I was going to pay the driver if the carrier, which wasn't DAS it was some other bum auto shipper couldn't fix my car. I called DAS and told them I had the valuation insurance and that the car was originally picked up in perfect condition. DAS told me that the insurance is through other carriers not them. I could have sworn DAS claimed they were a carrier not a broker. After much headache time and money I finally got my car with one of the tires blown out. THANKS DAS!!! I had a spare Nitto tire that I use to replace it. I didn't feel like dealing with DAS for a claim because I had already called them a million times arguing for them to ship the car to my location to begin with. I strongly do not recommend this company to ship your car.
