Simoniz "Fix It"
Complete rip off! Nothing works shipping is outrageous shady return policy

In early December I ordered the "Fix It" product as advertised on TV. I have some light to medium scratches on my truck. I decided to give the product a try. First off it took over a month to arrive. It wasnt due to the fact that it was the holiday season, this is normal 6-7 weeks per the website. I decided to order anyway. The product is advertised for $19.95, plus shipping, plus shipping for the supposed "free vaccum" The shipping on the vaccum alone is $12.95. The total was almost $43.00. First off it should not take that long to arrive if you are paying that kind of shipping. You are paying approximately $20.00 for shipping on the entire package. This should have been my first clue; however...

When the package arrived I put the cheap unknown brand batteries in the cheap "made in china" small buffer. It didnt work. I wrestled with it and it worked for all of about 1 seconds (seriously). I have seen cheap toys made better than this buffer thing. They include a microfiber towel in the order. I guess they already know you are going to need back up plan. I read the directions on the vehicle "Fix It". I then applied the remover to some of the scratches. I then buffed with towel, and it did absolutely nothing! I then applied on some of the tiny, tiny, tiny, light scratches... NOTHING! I tried using it again a few days later, nothing.in reality I am not sure the "Fix It" remover has an actual purpose. I then tried using my "Free, just pay for shipping vaccuum" I actually started laughing when I began using it. I mean the suction on this so called "vacuum" was just pathetic. I would have been better off using my hand to pick up the dirt. So I paid $43.00 for a bunch of junk.

The return policy is about as much as a scam as the product itself. The company states that you can return all "unused" products. You cannot return the vaccum since the vaccuum is considered a "gift". To beat all you have to pay the return shipping. If you use one of the scratch removers, you will only be refunded $9.95, plus the shipping you have to pay. All in all you will end up paying about $60.00 for absolutely NOTHING. Please steer clear. Billy Mays has really done it this time...
