I ordered this from a TV ad where they showed Billy Mayes scratching a new car and fixing it with the product. We had some scratches so wanted to fix them. We received the product and tried it using their directions. There was ABSOLUTELY no difference. We also loaned it to our neighbor who had some scratches on the roof of his red car—same thing—Simonez Fix It does NOT work—not even a little bit.
The invoice explaines that there is a 30 day conditional money back policy on Unopened Product less shipping and handling. I returned the product and did not even receive an acknowlegement. Of course you have to open it to try it, so basically there is no money back. Luckily, I use American Express and they credited me and are investigating.
I did call customer service. There is no supervisor and no corporate office that I could contact. I could write them a letter and they would forward it.
The total for 1 Fix It was $37.95 which includes about $18 shipping. I think more people should report this. Definately false advertising.
