A fradulent company under name warranty services is sending letters to vehicle owners from toyota or any other major dealer, making customer believe that they have to pay a bumber to bumper insurance and forcing people to pay, I work for a Toyota company that finances new cars and i received 15 different calls today from different customers saying that this company warranty services is making them pay and asking for their credit card number, making them think that they actually own for services. Customers say that they tell them that their warranty is about to expire wich is not true.

1800-838-6396, they refuse to give you other name's only waranty services, TRUE SCAM AND TRUE FRAUD*
I called several times and they just go by warranty services, I ask them if there is more to it and all they say is warranty services, if you ask more questions they will hung up on you, when I said that I was from Toyota they kept hunging up on me.
