I was sent an offer for an extended warranty for my 2010 Toyota Rava4. I though my manufacture's warranty expired in one month, April. So I agree to an 6 yr extended plan, with the option of a 30 day trial period where I could cancel within the 30 days.

My husband and Toyota informed my I was covered to April. So I called by the company.

On Sat. March 24th at approximately 12 noon (EST), I talked to both Tammy and Shawn to cancel this plan. I tried to explain my manufacture's warranty did not expire until 2013 (not 2012 as stated on your paperwork you mailed me) and I did not want to pay for a year with your company while I was still covered by Toyota. I stated I was gladly willing to revisit this plan in one year.

However I received much resistance from Shawn. After I firmly restated my position, Shawn hung up on me.
