My previous car loan was through GTE Federal Credit Union. (GREAT COMPANY) When I paid that vehicle off in full 1 year early, I then went to a small, local dealership to buy another car. The dealership and the man who sold me the vechicle are the ones who got the loan through United Auto Credit. (Biggest mistake of my life, should have went back through GTE!) United Auto Credit, David, Amy, and Patrick are the worst company/business persons I have ever dealt with in my life! They are nasty, ruthless, and down right RUDE! Several times AMY (whom I will refer to as THE WITCH) as acted like a child and hung up on me.
When I asked to speak to the manager THE WITCH transfered me to David who claimed he was the manager. LIAR! After telling them I had mailed the payment out and it would be there in the mail that day (the day the payment was due!) THE WITCH told me she was sending someone to get my veichle unless I called her with a MUTCN # within an hour. Screw her and every other employee of that company. They are all dishonest and act as though they are perfect. They are a pack of assholes as far as I am concerened. They called the company I work for and I was out on lunch. My grandfather also works here and they asked him if he knew me. When he told them he was my Grandfather they began to question him about my car. He told them he had no idea and David referred to him as "Grandpa" and told him I was going to loose my car because of him. He called an office in California where they told him that Daivd who claimed to be the manager was not at all the manager. He was a LIAR. He then continued to call the company phone back and harrass my grandfather.
They are PSYCHOS! They need to be put out of business. I have not spoken to 1 satisfied customer and truly believe I never will find a satisfied customer. Their business ethics are that of a 5 year old and Amy's smart mouth. She needs to get a life. She is probably over weight and unhappy and that is why her attitude is so TERRIBLE! One time my Aunt called to get the address to mail a payment (This was 2 weeks before the payment was due FYI!) THE WITCH AMY, of course answered the phone and my Aunt requested the information. THE WITCH asked for the acct number and my Aunt said she did not know it and Amy yelled then I am sending a truck to pick of the car now!
First of all the asshole had no idea who the payment was for therefore, had no idea where to send a truck to pick up my car... And all over the payment trying to get mailed 2 weeks early. These people thrive off of arguments and try to upset the customer because they are all unhappy with themselves. While it may be there job to recover payments, in no way, shape, or form is it there job to treat people as though they are nothing better than flies! United auto credit is the worst company ever and i will never suggest this horrible excuse of a corporation and terrible crew inhumane jerks to anyone! As another unsatisfied customer of thiers, I cannot wait to be done paying of my car. One day Patrick and especially Amy and David will have to answer to God for the way they treated people and I would not be surprised if when this life is over I never run into them "upstairs!" WORST COMPANY EVER!
