On Jan 7, in the recommendation of my insurance provider (Geico) i hired an automobile from Business car rental. I had been advised I really could abandon the car in the new car dealer after I got ownership of my new vehicle.
On Jan 15 the dealer (Scion-Marin) informed Business the vehicle was readily available for collection. The vehicle wasn't acquired before morning of the 17th. About the 18th of January, Business eliminated $300.00 from my bank account without my okay or any notice, possibly telephone, snail-mail or mail. I had been unaware of the until Jan. 19th. Business is Shut on Saturday and Saturday. There-fore I had been not able to contact them till January 21st. The Supervisor, Bob, educated me it was regular exercise because they were not able to make contact with me or Geico. More he suggested when he was informed by Geico they might protect any extra costs, he'd change the charges of January 18 and also the unique $100.00 deposit created about the 7th of Jan. This task was obtained on January 21st. Due to the Martin Luther King Vacation, Jan 21, my lender hasn't obtained the change by January 22nd.
I've been without resources from Jan. 18 through Jan. 22nd, to date. No Business must have the best to withhold resources from examining balances, savings accounts or charge cards without prior authorization.
To express minimal, I'm really annoyed and certainly will never cope with business again or suggest them.
