Hello very recently this so called great finiacial instution actually promised my girlfriend that since we were late on payment that she would negotiate payment amount and date...
Well as wfs does so well they told her 400... And then on promised date my girl friend called to pay amount and it was double to 800 and they called it deferred payment so i just thought that meant another late one...
But we were told by local office 400, so once notified of that we asked to get more time to come up with the doubled fee and 3 days later... My truck was repossessed and i called local office to ask if they took it...
Because i have never have had a car repod before and they said the didnt know... There is nothing on the computer that says that... So they gave me different office... After hour of waiting they said they dont know..
Have to wait a several hours just call back and then hung up on me. (great customer sevice by the way. Just wait gets better) so then after i lost my job for not being able to work without notice... I talked to them and they finally let me hear that they did have it repod but i cant get it out yet cause they dont have all the info on it...
So ask why it got repod and they said not there problem call local office and hung up... So called local office and talked to my loan person linda and she so rudely said. That its not her problem anymore..
You miss the payments and thats what happens and hung up on me... So after repeated calls back to both offices that were so unprofessional its not funny... I gave up on the first day. Tues. Now weds comes and i get the same run around about no info on my car... But i can get the stuff out of it for $30 dollars and it might be at a auction so they would let me know... Hang up...
I called both offices asked for corporate office numbers. Hang up... Called back ask for any help. Hang up... Finally called customer sevice number and after 4 times of calling they can actually send me to some one that i asked for... Elaine from the office of the president got on the phone and was kind at first and the proceed to gather info...
She said that she was looking at my account and said she needed to look futher into it and call back. I then had my girlfriend try to call and yes she was on the account got hung up on cause they told her that she wasnt on there computer to be talking about this account and hung up on her...
This company is full of mostly rude and dishonest people and being my auto loan i can believe i that this is what or who i was dealing with... I was in complete disbelieve... You ask one person in one branch a question and the answer is either different, not found all of a sudden, or i am just a delinquent credit person that gets hung up on by this crappy financial institution
After the 3rd day of this corrupt company ruining my life and putting me and my family through this hellish experience... My girlfriend got ahold of a account manager that had said he looked in the account found out that one of the payments my girlfriend made on her car was reversed... That payment clear and was accepted by wfs finacial... 3 months ago... And this corrupt company actually reverse this payment back on my account without telling me... That is why the payment that my local office told me was 400 promise on this date... Turned into double that on that date.
This company acctually just added money to my car loan basically without notice. Verbal or written. Nothing... From 3 months ago... And took my car... Made me loose my job... And cost me about $3000.. And the worst display of business ethics, customer service, legal rights, i could go on and on... This company did not no what to do, they lie, they steal money, they dont even have all the info they are suppose to collect, if they dont know then your wrong is there additude...
I even got told by elaine that i see a bunch of complaints about your company doing these wrong things to peoples loans, and i think that this is your mistake and too reverse everything and get my money back and my credit so i can go get a new job and this lady had the nerve... The nerve.
She told me that i am a liar, and i said so all the people that are complaining about wfs are right. You are a ripoff and your company screw the american public. She said we process millions of loan accounts every year. Do you think the small percent of complaints matters... That will be overlooked... I could believe it. It was as if she was telling me that your screwed. Ha. And there is nothing you can do about it. And this is what is allowed by california business, or our goverment.
A company that will screw over its clients cause it has money and power... Thats just great. This company should be shut down... They ruined my credit, added payments to my loan without notifying me and made me loose my car and life for one week cause of their mistakes and proper business procedures... They should pay... Be took to court, am in the process of getting a team together of legal services and putting a stop to companies trying to bully the people of california with money and lies...
