I requested a supplier for my vehicle on 11/7/07. It didn't get to the guaranteed 2-3 times, alternatively it got 10. I delivered the supplier unopened based on Partstrain directions and RMA #. I had been subsequently guaranteed a reimbursement within four weeks. After 7 months I still haven't gotten a return. I'm exhausted speaking with customer support providers who are able to do nothing. I'm fed up with being hung-up on while awaiting administrators who never reply and not return calls.
The reimbursement remains uncertain. I'd never suggest the corporation or their associate Autoparts factory.
