Do not purchase anything from this company! It does not stand behind its product and will not return calls or emails requesting service. I purchased a scooter in July which immediately had electrical issues. It wouldn't run consistently and sometimes not start at all. It was a dangerous vehicle to operate on the road. Alite Scooters would not help at all. I filed a complaint with the BBB of Oklahoma, I filed a complaint with the Consumer Division of the Attorney Generals offices in both Kansas and Oklahoma. I have also tried to hire 2 lawyers who specialize in Lemon Law. Apparently Oklahoma has very lax laws on the Lemon Law which is probably what drew the owner of this company from Kansas to Oklahoma.
If anyone else is having problems please post so maybe we can work together to get full refunds!
