First and foremost, I am a former sales person with this so-called "dealership." After just a few months of seeing how customers were being treated/mistreated, I couldn't take it any longer. If you go there, plan on being there for a long time. Their entire process is too slow. After spending your hard earned money, and your valuable time, at this lame facility, they will only put $20.00 worth of gas into your new vehicle. $20.00 of gas will not put a dent into most gas tanks, but they are just too cheap to do the honorable thing and fill it up... Like most dealerships will.
Every one of their vehicles has an absurd addendum attached to it. This is just another way for them to bilk you out of your money. On their addendum, it says Folger Guard. Yet, when I asked about this, I was told to keep quiet. There is NO Guard or additional treatment done to any of the vehicles.By doing business this way, this lame "dealership" validates their claim that you, the valued customer, means nothing to them!
Before you fall for one of their deceptive advertising ploys, please go to www.kia.com and check for yourself if Kia makes ANY "Limited Editions." You will not find any because Kia doesn't make them! Yet, you go to their facility, there buy 1 get 1, or their $10,000.00 off is only for the vehicles listed in their "New Vehicle Display Area." These are all vehicles marked as "Limited Editions." These "Limited Editions" are so hiked up on prices that in order for anyone to purchase one, you would have to have perfect credit. Why? Because their addendum price is TOO high!
If you are like most of us and have some bumps and bruises on your credit, in order to find financing, they will blast your credit to numerous lending institutions in hopes of getting an approval. If they can't find any lending institution to finance you, then they have succeeded in preventing you from going anywhere else. You, at this point, will have had your credit shopped to the max and lost many valuable points.
Before you buy a Kia, especially from this so-called "dealership", please take the time to visit kbb (Kelly Blue Book) and check out the trade in value. You will be more than alarmed to see just how much the vehicle depreciates with very little miles added onto it.
The truth about Kia's 10,000 mile powertrain warranty that they do not want you to know about.in order to maintain that warranty, you would need to have your timing chain replaced when your vehicle gets 60,000 miles. Failure to do so WILL void the warranty. Replacing the timing chain is not cheap either!
Being that this is America, you can do whatever you wish to do. Hopefully, I may have reached one other person and prevented them from making a huge, costly mistake. And before I finish, more times than I care to remember, once a customer has agreed to a price and for whatever the reason, it seems that the price changed when they went into the finance office, and not to the advantage of the customer. If you decide to purchase from these worms, please read every line of every paragraph or you just might believe everything I have posted here is true, and by that time, you are just another victim who added to their uncaring cause.
