On November 17th I was hit in the rear by a USAA member. I went through all steps the company instructed me to do. It is now January 2nd. I have talked with seven different people. None of them seem to know what the other is doing. My car is valued at 4500 to 4800 dollars. They offered $3300. They have sent two adjusters at I would think $200 a pop. Have a storage bill of almost $1000. Paid around $1000 for a rental car.

I had documentation of the car being totaled a few days after the accident. This information was given to USAA by the Auto Mechanic and Body Shop. They have spent a great deal of time and money when it was not needed.
Give what the car is worth and get on with it.

I failed to mention that the adjusters seem to send a report about the car that was soo innacurate it seemed to be talking about another car. The most interesting one being mileage. My car has 118,000 miles. Their report said 132,999.interesting.
