I purchased a 1998 dodge ram 2500 quadcab 4x4 with 40000 miles. I had the 7 year 75,000mile maximum care plan put in my name (purchased truck from brother in law). Truck went in for work under in laws ownership.
Work was done no problems. Ihad some minor work done no problems. Truck goes in at 49000miles, turns out for major work (needs engine) company cancels plan, stating truck has had a plow, headers, larger tires.
Truck was ordered from factory with plow, tow package. Dealer (quigley motors inc 565 route 100 north, po box 433 boyertown pa 19512-0433) installed the headers and rims, tires. This work was done when truck came in from being ordered.
Chrysler states warrenty was void when these items were installed. Out of the $1150 paid for warrenty at time of purchase they sent me a prorated check for$331.28.
I have called many times to the company and got nowhere or hung up on. They refused to let me speak to asupervisor when i asked to (have names, times, dates).
