Did not pay us for a job well done

We are a carrier with an excellent reputation. Same as Linda from Michigan... Customer was super happy said our driver went above and beyond. A Eastern Connection WILL NOT pay us for the job we did for them. When I call to try to get payment from them they use vulgar language and are extremely rude. I wouldn't get involved with this company in any way shape or form.
