Back in the beginning of April of this year, we transported one of their cars from MT to NY. There has not been any damage claim to settle. Nothing went wrong with the move. I sent them the bill on May 4th. What a mistake that has turned out to be, If I had known who they really were, I never would have moved it to begin with. Right at the 30 day mark for the bill, I started calling. The first time I was told the check was due to go out the next week, so I waited and it never showed up. (What a surprise) I called again several days later, giving the check time to arrive in the mail, the next time I called It was going out on the next Monday, again I waited.in the meantime, My bills are coming due, and while the $1000.00 due on this move won't pay everything, it sure would have helped. Thru all this, Their Accounts Payables Dept doesn't even show up but one or two days a week.
Again, I called and was told the check went out. Again I waited. Another phone call. History repeats itself at this point. This week, the week of July 4th, I called only to find out that the gal in Accounts Payables is on VACATION. I'm so glad she can afford to do that, when their bills aren't being paid and the carriers like myself that did them a good job are left holding the bag.
Consumers BEWARE!!! This auto transport broker is the worst of the worst in this industry. If you want your car moved in a timely fashion, DON'T call these people because good Auto Transport Carriers will not move any of these cars booked with this company.
I am now proceeding with collections since the bond they had in place is exhausted with Claims against it and the current bond was not put into place until the end of May, Long after we moved the car, so they won't touch it.
