I have 2 cars and went to them for an oil change and everytime they didn't tighten the oil plug so I had to go back and each time I had to clean up the mess in my driveway. The third and final return trip did it for me. On my way back to Rick Johnson's I stopped at the back to get 4 dollars worth of quarters that I needed later that day and I put them into the cup holder between the two front seats. When I picked up my car the quarters where gone and when I walked back in to the store I was told that the guy who fixed my car was out to lunch. I called the corporate office to report the incident and was told that I had to call a specific person on his cell phone. I left 3 messages and never got a return call. If management doesn't believe in customer service, then why should the employees.
