This is actually the research No. I obtained from Emirates Airlines NewYork Workplace. On Oct. 29/07 I posted the Criticism. Numerous phone calls and phone communications submitted, but no response whatsoever. The toughest point is the fact that nobody picks-up the phone. Usually comes a registered concept that will be not useful. This sort of reaction from an Airlines which claim excellent customer service is unheard everywhere. Nobody is thinking about fixing the issue
