This dealership mistreats it's employees and will back up milage on a vehicle

This dealership, keeps all employees stressed, because they do not know what day they will be cut. I once worked for this company, I was in an accident in one of their explorers on March 27. When I had doctor appointments, I was yelled at, belittled in front of the shop, and then I was written up.

I was also written up for standing behind the service counter, holding my ribs because of pain. But, it's not rightfor them to have a customer come in for repair work, and the work will end up costing alot of money, and they will back the milage up on the repair order so it will be covered under warranty.

Now this one was for the city, and we know they have money for the repair. Why do they do this for people who have no problem getting the money, and for those who don't. I know that they can't get away with this, but where do I need to go about this.
