I took my 2005 F-250 in for repair and the estimate was $2,600.00. My warranty expired 1000 miles ago. This would have been the 3rd repair over $2,500. The first 2 were covered under warranty.
Naturally I took it somewhere else for a second opinion. The cost to repair my truck at an honest repair shop was $400.
Also while my vehicle was in their lot overnight, my toolbox (that was bolted onto the truck) was stolen and of course they are not responsible for that. The Rockwall Police found the toolbox (empty) behind their fence 2 days later.
I am contacting Ford and letting them know that they were probally ripped off on the 2 warranty jobs. Avoid Rockwall Ford at all cost
