I understand the responsibility of insurance but #1 they required the minimum of deductible on full cover of $500 if if you have a higher deductible they won't accept it. I could not afford what they requested and my insurance ovelapped. Although my insurance was still active until march they charged the interest on financing and when they reverse part of the insurance they still kept the full amount of finance charge on the insurance. I did not want to argue with them I very ill and don't want to deal with it since their representatives treat people like they are taking advantage of them. They are rude and abusive. I agree with a girl can't remember names on the people that I have spoken with but I agreed that every month when I sent my payment I would send additonal $50 until caught up. It was well going for three month untill this month of December a male called me and said that I was delinquent on my car payment rude and treating me like I personally owed him money. I understand my payment was due on the 4th therefore I would send another payment by the 14th. He said that the deal I made with someone else was off and he was someone different and I was delinquent and they would repossess my car. I don't know how legal this is but the insurance is a complete abuse on their part they rip you off and harras you on top of everything else. I have financed other vehicles and never been treated like this man has treated me. I hope that someone can do something about it. I cannot sleep since this confrontation all over the insurance issue I have not been late with my payments and even after when I made the arrangement to pay extra every month to get caught up but this man just makes me more and more upset.
If they take my car for the insurance payment what can I do? Is this legal? What are my chances of winning if I let them take me to court? The problem is I don't want to damage my daughter's credit since it is on both of our names. What can I do to take her of the contract.
