Crooked insurance finance companies lincoln general capital payment finance

I put a deposit on insurance through DCAP Insurance and Lincoln General, the premiums were to be paid monthly - they said that to do that it I had to pay a finance charge - NO PROBLEM.

I cancelled the insurance the next day - so I never used their services, after being lied to be DCAP, Lincoln General and Capital Payment Plan (the finance co) they kept 2/3 of my money - and I received no insurance - Capital Payment charged by 3000% interest. These guys are all crooks - Lincoln General DCAP Insurance and Capital Payment Plan.
