I purchased a 2002 ford explorer limited v8 from rad auto on 11/28 and yesterday 12/07 the transmission will only drive in reverse!!! I am comfortable with my driving skills however the chp might have a problem with me cruising down the highway backwards. I purchased the extended warranty contract and evidently there is a clause that states that anything that happens in the next 90 days is considered a pre-existing condition and will not be covered.
Service contract=$1400
new transmission=$3000
learning a lesson in life to trust no one=priceless
