This company is unbelievable. They received my final payment in early September and have not sent my title to me, even though they have received three phone calls and have promised to send it. This time, they admit that somehow, it just didn't go out last time, but it will this time - they promise. Their word is not worth the imaginary ink I spent writing this complaint. How can they be so bad at this part of the process? They do this for a living. They are a leading auto lender? Why is the most important part of the process so difficult a task to complete? How can they lack proficiency at they only task they have to compete to finalize the transaction and still be allowed to do business? They are scam artists, if I owed them, it would need to be resolved at once, but when they owe you - there is no standard for timeliness. They are nothing more than organized crime with a legal license to do business. Probably contributed to the Bush presidential campaign, that is how they can expect such protection from consumers. I only have 15 days to file the title with the department of licensing, yet they take four months to get it here. How is it possible that the law only covers my half and not theirs? They should be avoided at all costs, never trust them to do business.
