I traded off the vehicle we had under contract and submitted the form for the refund of the remaining premium we paid. This was in July. After waiting about 60 days I called and actually got an operator at that time who stated my claim was being processed. A few weeks later I called and got the same story. After about 90 days I called and was told it was still in processing and that the cancellations department is very busy and therefore far behind. After a few more weeks I could no longer get an operator just a recorded menu and given an oportunity to leave a message with someone in the cancellation department. I did. A few weeks later I went through the same process — and by now I have not ever heard back from them, nor do I have my refund 5 months later and counting.
I think there is trouble with this company, and I'm pretty sure I can kiss my refund good bye.
