When the claim was high, Warranty Direct denied it

On May 20 I called Warranty Direct and the first thing I told the lady is that the car (Merz S 600) has rebuilt title. Her answer was that all we care about is the milage. About $4000.00 were paid on the spot.

They paid for several repairs in the past 4 years. The cost was close to $4000.00.

Few weeks ago the car needed major work and the claim was close to $8000.00 which was agreed to by WD inspector.

The next day they called my mechanic and told him that they just discovered that the car had a rebuilt title and the claim is denied.

They must have known this since day one. A multinational company like WD has to check the title of every car before taking the money.
