Ray Skillman Ford and Kia want us to lose $4000.00 on a car sold to us in Octobe

We purchased a 2006 car, with a warranty, in October from Ray Skillman Ford. We were told Ray Skillman likes to make customers happy and keep customers. So far that seems not to be the case. Yes, we had it checked by a mechanic before purchase. That is obviously not a guarantee.
It is too new to have so many problems.
They want us to keep taking the car to another dealership that either does not want to fix the car or can't fix the car. As a matter of fact we have another trip to the service dept. Scheduled for tomorrow. I wonder how that is going to turn out.
Even getting them to agree to a loaner for more than a day was like pulling teeth.
All we want to do is trade for a similar type of a car at anotherRay Skillman dealership that is not even as well equipped, but they want us to eat $4000.00 for a car that is essentially of equal value. Or they will buy it back for about $5000.00 less than what we paid for it. My God, we have only had the car for six weeks.
How is this pleasing the customer?
Hard working people should not be subjected to this.
