WFS Financial repossed my vehicle with no notification and a payment was made 2 days (through Western Union) prior to the act. At the time the repo man tried to run my boyfried down in our own driveway. Tried to leave with the vehicle and my boyfried attached to the grill of the repo mans truck. We did not know until later that he was still on our property and should have left the vehicle. My boyfriend is in great pain due to a back injury caused by this incident.
We suspect the WFS has done this action because we obtained a lawyer to investigate them because of lost payments and over interest rate charges not explained. We have contacted a personal injury lawyer and he has taken the case with charges towards the repo man and WFS. We realize will probably not be able to have the vehicle returned in the same shape they took it, but we want a justice.
We think that we might need some more help in this than the lawyer can possibly give us. We need help that is for sure.
