I worked for Tire kingdom for 7 years starting off as a tire tech and moved my way to manager. And was a manager for 5 years. T he compaqny is the cheapest company ever they will not let you get the correct tools. I. E wheel weights for certin vehicles, so you do not dam age wheels. The are the lowest paying service dealer for all tire installers hence you get what you pay for. Damaged vehicles. And mcdonalds quality employees. I want you to ask your self something if your vehicle was running horrable and your ck engine lamp was on and you took your vehicle to a ntb for example and they ran a diagnostic and said replce the plugs and you agreed to do that but your car ran the same way as when you took your car thier would you pay for services that did not fix your car??? I think not no one would. I was let go of 7 years of service just for that not charging my mother $53.00 for spark plugs. With no prior write ups or displanery action in 7 years. The company does not care about thier employees or thier lack of supplies for customers vehicles. The point is i could keep going how internaly the company is screwed but i think it is important that people know where thier hard earned money goes? Also thier is no training program's for new tire techs in 7 years i was thier.
