Ultimate warranty will not answer phones or emails

I guess this appears to be redundant after reading everyone elses report but here I go:

We were lucky I guess to get through enough to authorization for our customer and as Bob stated we had good luck before and let the customer go. This was last Monday; and we usually receive payment same or next day. Since I didnt hear by Wednesday I called and after a tolerable wait (10mins or so) I got a hold of a gentleman who said "that the insurance company hasnt okayed the payment yet but I will get paid by either them or UWC". I asked what that means to which he replied it happened to someone once 5 years ago and not worry about it. He suggested if I didnt get contacted by Friday to call on Monday.
I tried to call on Friday only to be on hold for extended periods of time until I had to hang up. I started again on Monday with several cals of hour apiece. Tried the email-standard response. Now it is Tuesday night and I just hung up afteer 2 hour hold and reading the letter regarding the all day hold. I dont know what is going on but it is something and I wish they would let the consumer know instead of maybe another Enron type situation. Well thats my input
