Citifinancial Car is just a headache for everybody I have spoken to to date. Listed here is my tale:

In september i named citifinancial to set up payment on the overdue fee. I wuz PROVIDED a course named a "deferral". That was subsequently told me that it indicates this: they'll provide me 8 weeks without any funds and transfer both funds that I had been behind towards the end-of the mortgage and that I might owe my first cost beginning in oct. I had been informed that I'd be obtaining a three-month deferral meaning no cost until oct. Well, in sept I acquired a declaration stating that i received a two-month deferral and my funds were to begin in sept of 08. I named citifinancial and spoke to some supervisor again, plus they explained they should have created an error, they apologized, stated that they'd be delivering me A BRAND NEW verification notice, which anything was set. I mentioned thanks, he explained your welcome and we put up. Well, in october of 08 I acquired a statement saying i owed for SEPT AND OCT. And so I called again. This time around the supervisor "advised" me that there should've been some mix-up, and that I waz advised incorrect info. That thier business plan is only going to permit me to possess 8 weeks at max. I had been also informed (in a prior discussion having a diverse supervisor) that I had been eligible for 8 weeks complete within the whole of the mortgage. Well the supervisor today "advised" me there are a myriad of conditions that i wasnt told before. For example: when you have paid for 6 months, your eligible for two months max, paid to get a year, eligible for four months max, etc. He then continues to inform me that "his documents" display that i havnt spoke to anybody because july plus they "allegedly" explained that I had been just eligible for a two-month deferral, when this merely isnt the situation. Therefore fundamentally I'm caught owing exactly the same quantity when I did when this entire point began as well as in a WORSE cash scenario than I had been subsequently due to somebody INFORMING me something and PERFORMING another thing. Plus they say this is all authorized simply because they delivered me a verification notice informing me that i just had a two-month deferral DESPITE THE FACT THAT they "allegedly" set the error which was created on thier components, and today I'm to become held accountable for THIER errors. He essentially informs me Sorry for you personally... Shouldnt someone maintain THEM accountable for THEIR steps? I am talking about, in the end, ive alwayz been held responsible for OUR steps all throughout my entire life. Or am i to become among the several (im positive) "scapegoats" for thier errors and lak of orginization? Therefore ultimately (obviously) large company benefits, small "peon client" drops. His perspective was "sorry about your fortune"... Any ideas anybody what may be ready to be achieved about that? Im in a reduction... [email protected] i FIRMLY claim that NOONE ACTUALLY employs citifinancial auto... After I advised him he ought to be only a little better towards the clients, he explained..."We did YOU a benefit giving you the mortgage within the first-place"... Discuss costumer service... Therefore after 3 months to be handed backwards and forwards from one "branch" to a different (that clearly doesnt keep in touch with eachother) I am currently bak at block one, just today a corporate a*hole is resting bak and giggling his snotty little bottom down, at my cost due to their errors...
