Power Doodge Phoenix Dealership left me in tears and didt care

This is the kind note that I reply with, every single time that the dealership keep sending me emails. About a year ago from today October I tried to buy a van because my daughter is in a wheel chair. This Terry person from Power and everyone else delt with kept reassuring me that everything would be ok for me to get this vehicle! They were wrong wrong wrong! Not only were they wrong, but they wasted hours of my time that caused me to spend time away from my work, and let me to believe that I can keep the vehicle. They took it back from me a week later! I spent money on using that vehicle and I wish that I wouldnt have. Any how I am very disturbed by this so, I am including the email that I sent to them.

Email:

I don't know if you remember, but you guys TOOK the van back from me after letting me have it for a week! I was extremely upset you guys wasted hours and hours of my family's time to get this van only to find out that I could not keep it!!!??? What was up with that!!! I will never go to you guys again. It would probably take an act of god to get me back there again! I hope you guys are happy because it left me crying on a Thursday night over at the dealership on I-17 and Bell. It was a very very disturbing experience for me I told everyone I knew, they didn't understand why the heck you guys would do that! I loved the van, but because of this I don't know what to think of dealerships or Dodge? All I know was that it was horrible you made me sign so many papers, made me wait more than 4 hours, and then take the van back from me! Why??? Why do you guys do that?

Why do you waste people's time like that? I have a daughter who has disabilities which is why I bought the van in the first place. My daughter and I don't have time for that kind of nonsense! She is 100% care in a wheel chair, the least you could have done was give me the bottom line in the first place!!! I don't know if it even matters to you guys, but there are people out there (like us) that have no time to worry about this kind of craziness.instead I have to worry about making sure that my daughter will be able to talk so that she express her feelings like normal people. I have to worry about making sure she can live a normal life like all the rest of us, especially like the people who work at the dealership who are able to walk, talk, and live the luxuries that my daughter cant! She cant persuade people to help her out so that she can have a big bank roll, instead she has to worry about if someone will understand her because she cant walk and play with the rest of the kids around her. We don't have time for this and we are extremely disturbed by this. I work a full time job as a social worker, I go to school full time working on my Bachelors and almost done by the way. I take care of my daughter needs, and I am proactive in everything she does.

I had to watch her suffer many times in hospitals all by myself with no help from anyone. I am a responsible person, and unfortunately good people do finish last. I did not go to Power to spoil myself with a new vehicle like others, I went there because my daughter is in a wheel chair and we needed a van and live a normal life. I did not go there to be taken for ride by anyone, and then someone to email me a year later to congratulate me on the vehicle you took from me!!! Forget that this only makes me even more mad and I am going to make sure you know that. Whether you care or not, that is up to you and your conscious.
