Secondly they told her her next month payment was due already. Upon stating that it was not due until the 6th of the coming month. They told her no that upon receipt of your current payment your next was already due... This is how they determine who is late and attach fees upon fees to your account... They even charged unwarranted NSF funds from her account 2 years ago and just discovered the error... They call are rude and do not care if you have paid your premiums. They will threaten you... Tape it all and report them, report them...
