Harry Lane Chrysler Plymouth Kia
Has not sent me my title to my auto the business that doesn't give a dam

I paid cash for a truck in April of and I still have not got my Title.

I found out that there was a lein on the truck and they wil not sign a release for the state, so the state cant give the title untill it is released.
I dont know what I can do about it.
