This is a great location for business it use to have 6 mechanics and 4 techs doing tires. The old staff was great, good service and lots of repeat business.
What is going on? These multi mergers are lead by incredibly smart number crunchers, however they have no degrees in common sense or business. You have one mechanic? You have two people for tires?
In one of the most affluent counties in the country? You decide to cut corners and how much have you lost?
Who runs this company? It must be an MBA from Harvard? Now the new scamis do an estimate and have the hidden ten bucks for shop fees?
What are shop fees, and why do I have to pay when I already paid three for oil waste and five for tire disposal? Look you want ten you need to have a huge sign We Charge Ten! Posted behind the counter, you also should have all of your recommended service prices listed on the walls where you recommend service.
This is why American car dealers lose business, and the
car manufacturers are losing their behinds! Old fashion got ya for a five dollar scam artistry...
You had a great business and great clientele but you smell. You need to be tranparant listen to your customers and your employees.
The free oil change comes out to plus 3 for disposal and 10 for what?
If you do a 16 dollar oil change your up to 29 dollars? Get real here and see your bottom line is not what it was.
