Damaged vehicle during move & claim still unprocessed los angeles

Please please do not use this mover if you want a peaceful move.

I moved a brand new mini cooper from seattle to austin in June. I used Dash Auto Movers who let US Auto Transport move my car. They delayed the deliver by several days. Nobody called me to inform me that the delivery is delayed despite leaving voice mails. Finally they dropped the car in a very bad state with so much dirt and heavy damage. Nobody explained to me the reason for the damage. The person who dropped off the car was very rude and he infact refused to mark down the damages in the bill of lading. I have tried calling to process the claim for several months. No luck.

It took almost 2 weeks for the delivery of the vehicle. I tried calling all the numbers I have for DASH and USAUTO from 06/11 and 06/12. Sometimes these numbers does not even ring. Sometimes they go to voice mail, but the mailbox is full and cannot take messages. It is so frustrating when you call someone and cannot leave a message. Then several days later, we could get through to one person in USAUTO who mentioned causally that the truck encountered a breakdown and hence the delivery was delayed. From that time onwards, we started to smell something wrong. I tried calling both Dash Auto and US Auto. I never got any callbacks from either party.
When the truck was approaching Austin, the driver called me and asked me to come to a nearby Freeway and take delivery of the car. After a long debate and argument, the driver finally agreed to deliver the car to my place.
Once I took delivery of the car, the person who came to deliver the car did not mention anything about the damages that happened to the car. I had to go check everything manually and note them down. After I finished the inspection of the car, when I requested the person to write down the damages in the Bill of Lading, the person refused. After a lot of arguments and discussions, he called his boss. I spoke to the boss as well and finally we agreed to put down the damages on the Bill Of Lading. This is just a great example of how unprofessional someone can get to.
Until this point, no one has come forward to explain to us how the damage occurred and when it happened. Nothing can be more frustrating than this.
