I have to say for starters they were very nice at the beginning. The first day I drove the car off the lot I had to buy a new ($90) battery. The car did have a warrenty but of course that was not covered. Then after driving it about a week a small pool of oil was under my car. I had to raise a commotion to have them honor the warrenty and replace a gasket.
Well a few days later the oil was on the ground again.By that time the 500 mile warrenty was void and they told me I would have to pay for the repairs. Thats when I told them to just give my money back and I was going to leave the car there.
I brought up "the lemmon law" and threatened to go to the attorney general and thats when they caved in and replaced all the gaskets and the leak went away. I did have to go without my car for five days and they did not give me a loaner! I had to take the bus to work even though I had a car payment.
Then about a month after I got the car back the altenator went out and I replaced it, then the fifth month the radiator busted. The same month the check engine light came on and it turned out to be a bad sensor. I had gone to Auto Zone to have them hook up a machine that tells you whats wrong. The sales person said "oh it's only a sensor nothing major." So we went inside and even to the sales person's supprise the part cost $314 dollars. That is all that went wrong with it.
Now I just pulled my credit report and they are stating that I'm ninty days deliquent. The damn thing was paid off in the beginning of May and they reported me ninty days late as of August! I didn't have much credit when I bought the car so they boasted how to rebuild my credit. I paid an insanely high interest rate and now insted of having some credit they have given me bad credit. I do not recommend you buy from them and if you do have a very very through examination of your car. Also keep tabs on your credit. I did file a dispute with expierian and its been two weeks with no response.
P.S. They also do business under the name Sarwark Motors Frank Sarwark is the owne
