My husband and i bought a 97 ford f-150. At the time we were in a desperate situation they only gave us 2 vehicles we could choose from. So we went a head and got the truck. Well on the way home we noticed the motor had a little knocking noise it sounds like the lifters, not just that we went to open the third door it would'nt open so we call up there the same night they told us we would have to drop it off, and there is about a month waiting period. I asked if we get a rental while the truck is in the shop. They said no, that woulds have to come out of our pocket. Well i dropped the truck off a week later, anyways the next day they told us we could come and get it cause there is such a long waiting period they were so backed up they would call us when we can get it in the shop, needless to say we are still waiting 5 months later. They might say they have a warranty but they don't stand behind it they just dragg the 6 months out if i were you don't waste your time or money they will ripp you off. F*k them!!!
