I to have been a victom of the above mentioned companiy and i can say that there buissnes practices leave much to bve desired.
My husband and i got a car from there back in 99 chevy caviler and we told the salesman that we needed a reliable car and he assured us of this. When we got the car with in a week the car was broke down. The transmission went out and the headlight on the rt side blew and the car started smoking. We called the dealership to report these problems and they were rude and basically told us so what, you bought the car as is so you just have to live with it.
Well we did not pay for the car so they came and repoed it auctioned the car and told us we still owed 3995 for it. The folowing year we checked our credit report and guess what ugly duckling has a new name drive time now the bill has quadrupled to 16,000 that they say we owe.
I called about this and was told that eveytime they sale the creditor to some one else and back again they add fees to it so it just gets bigger and bigger.
6 months after that converation i checked credit report again and to my surprise drive time had sold our account to fan distributing so now we have 3 accounts for the same car on our credit report with all three showing a balance of over 16,000 dollars.
This is crazy and i know there has got to be others out there that this has happend to this company needs to be shut down now
