Aloia's Folsom Lake Nissan - Diego Vargas - Chad Eggert - Arron Booy Brought my Nissan 350Z to have cd player replaced, found out mechanics were out for a joyride in it! Ripoff

I introduced my Nissan 350Z directly into Aloiais Folsom Lake Nissan to possess my CD-player check since it wasn't working properly. The support consultant explained it must be changed having a fresh one and needed to purchase it. He recommended me it'd consider of a week.

in Regards to A week passed and that I noticed nothing. I named that Friday to ask, and he explained they dropped the paperwork and my CD-player never got requested, therefore it might consider another week. He was hardly apologetic, and stated, "Somebody below decreased the ball. I will reorder it and contact you in of a week."

Well, somebody in the Nissan dealer named my house the following Thursday, but he requested for somebody by another title. I told him there is no body hereby that title, but I HAD BEEN waiting on the component in the Nissan dealer. He explained sorry, he'd check up on it and contact me straight back. He named me straight back, and stated it'd be within two business days.

The dealer called me 24 hours later and stated the CD-player was in, and so I introduced my vehicle within the next day-to possess the CD-player changed. I slipped the vehicle down at 9:30 A.M. The consultant stated it'd just have a few hours. Following a few hours handed, I chose to have my child take-me there anyhow and that I might delay.

MUCH TO MY SHOCK, the support consultant couldn't discover the technician who had been focusing on my vehicle! He could not actually discover my vehicle! I expected him that which was happening, and he explained he was simply searching for the technician, he was in another area.

Well, before my eyes, the technician and his traveler arrived operating right past people in my own vehicle! While he got out-of my vehicle I questioned why he was operating it! He explained he noticed a pressing sound in my own screen and door. I stated my vehicle wasn't below for almost any repairs on my screen or doorway, that it had been there to truly have the CD-player changed! The technician ONLY WALKED AWAY AND SAID NOTHING

I asked the support consultant why the technician was out operating my vehicle, and he explained he was looking into the pace quantity change handle on my stereo. I subsequently recommended him that my vehicle doesn't include that function

as it happens, the technician HADN'T ACTUALLY CHANGED OUR CDPLAYER HOWEVER! Therefore, the support consultant not just flat-out LIED TO MY EXPERIENCE, however the TECHNICIAN HAD REMOVED MY CAR ONLY FOR A JOYRIDE

The company consultant went from me and in to the bay to request where the technician choose to go, and that I adopted directly behind him. While he asked the technician, the mechanic stated he noticed a noice within the doorway and was test-driving it to determine what it had been, HE WAS DOING ME A BENEFIT

I told him my vehicle was below to truly have the CD-player changed, not for almost any sounds within the doorway or screen! THERE HAVE BEEN NO NOISES IN THE DOOR OR SCREEN. I have had no issues with the doorway or screen! I subsequently requested to determine exactly what the usage was after I introduced the vehicle in and exactly what the usage was on my odometer. That is once the technician got pissed-off at me and declined to focus on my vehicle any more

at this time, the support consultant (totally embarrassed and dropped all feeling of handle) began belittling me and talking right down to me since I had been so annoyed and questioning that which was happening and challenging to understand why these were out operating my vehicle! While he began speaking right down to me, my child got pissed-off, informed him to not talk to me and named him a F'ing A'hole.

The company consultant started to tear out the plastic which was addressing my chair, got the brand new CD-player and passed me my secrets and explained to depart the dealer

I then visited the supervisors office to inform him what had occurred. The supervisor proceeded to inform me he had simply absorbed as supervisor four months before, which he's been going right through dealing with all of the workers to enhance customer support which he'd simply dismissed five workers in four weeks! He apologized, stated he would reach the underside of it and instantly have his greatest technician deploy my CD-player and also have me on my approach.

meanwhile, I insisted on talking with the overall manager. He explained he was embarrassed and apologized. He explained he prepared on having a gathering with all concerned to see what happened.

I told him they'd NO CAUSE to become test-driving my vehicle. All which was required was to displace my CD-player.

Well, it works out, he talked towards the technician and also the support consultant, stated that test-driving it was section of 'quality-control' and that's why these were operating it.

I needed to understand why these were test-driving it? They'dnot actually substitute the CD-player yet?

as it happens, the overall director required the medial side of his workers and simply IGNORED my inquiries and issues. He explained he can't undo what occurred, and that is it
