Uel smith is a lier on both bennett express policey and in regards to condition of trucks he lease purchases to individuals, he sells a truck valueing $20,000.00 at a price of $63,000.00. He claims truck to be in operable shape but it is not, if truck breaks down he gets you a loan through bennett express and takes all revenue owed to in payment. But find out that bennett express does payment plans lower than ruel smith arranges. But the truck was in bad shape before taking possesion. Ruel smith expects youn to loose all you're money to fix his truck. Ruel smith also calls bennett agents to not load certain truck numbers that are affilleated with him so they cannot get home, even after 6 weeks on the road. I would not recomend ruel smth for he is a lier and a blackert
