I am an ex employee as well. With my previous years of customer service experience, I have NEVER come across a manager with the lack of morals and values that he has. He honestly does not care about anything other than HIS bank account. He is only in the business for himself. I have full intentions of taking legal actions against the way he treats his CUSTOMERS and EMPLOYEES. From what I saw while workign there, the guys in the shop have no idea what kind of scam is going on, and they truley do work as fast as they can. Not to mention they get paid VERY WELL!!! Too bad the ones in the office that are taking the heat for everything dont get paid that great! He overworks and under pays his people in the office! He does not provide overtime, no sick days, 2 10 minute breaks, and you MUST clock in using a time clock form the 30s! The office is EXTREMLY unorganized, and needs to be shut down all together.
I am more than willing and happy to go in with everyone of you guys to file legal actions against him. I hope that everyone of you get ALL of your money back, and if I am one that you spoke with, I am sorry I had to lie to you! But I do have bills and a family of my own. However, I would rather by HOMELESS than to work for him and lie all day long!
