The truth is that the two shysters, Mark boys and Don Boys who run this outfit are not fit to practice patent law. They overbill their clients and charge for hundreds of dollars for sending emails and will burn through your legal budget in no time. They are the worst firm for inventors and will draw out legal actions and office actions to continue billing you $5000-$10000 per office actions for patent responses that normally cost $3000.
Not only that they are very unprofessional about responding to office actions on time. They will delay your office action by 6 months, wait til the last minute to do everything, and cause you to pay late fees on each late response because they "can't get your job done on time."
